Stable Diffusion文生图时，为了减少回头功，增加出图的效率，建议按照下面的流程进行：
先设定内容类型、选择模型，
再确定图片内容、撰写提示词，
然后设置出图参数、设定参数大小，
最后再调整控制图片、修改姿势/人物/构图。
SD 提示词与参数
SD 中有独立的负面提示词输入框，我们可以在负面提示词输入框中设置我们不希望画面中出现的元素。
SD 中可以非常精确的去设置和控制生图参数，比如说采样器、采样步数、提示词引导系数等，来调整图片的质量和效果。
SD 中可以通过模型、lora还有插件来控制人物和画面构图。
SD 中可以通过小括号 () 提高提示词权重，但是每一层小括号只能提高0.1倍的权重，除了叠加使用小括号，我们还可以通过 (blue sky:1.4) 的方式，来直接设定权重系数。但是要注意，权重并不是越高效果越好，一般特别强调一个元素，也不要使用1.4以上的权重。
关于采样步数
随着采样步数提高，画面的细节和精细程度都会提高。但是大多数采样器在采样步数高到一定程度之后，画面的变化开始不明显。另外步数越高，生成一张图需要花费的时间就更长，所以并不是步数越高越好的。
其他经验
有些全部模型都比较通用的质量词，比如 masterpiece、best quality、worst quality(负面)、bad quality(负面)，加上这些，总体就不会太差。
真人模型比较通用的质量词：photorealistic、ultra detailed、raw photo，可以让真人图片的生成效果变得更真实，更像是相机拍摄出来的。
